Junkyard of Rants and Portraits
I’ve been somewhat MIA for a couple of days and I mainly blame work for it. Honestly, I’m in my state of giving up. Mom told me that I’m feeling tired since I don’t get paid of what I’m doing. Ha! Tuche! Mother knows best.
So, I’ve been walking the streets of Manila for almost three weeks; living my independent life (Yes! I know how to hand wash my clothes!) and I’m almost broke. Just kidding! I’m on a tight budget and although I have every access to ATM card, I’m keeping them frozen inside my wallet. If you call it being frugal, I don’t think so. I’m still going to spend my allowance but not now. Also, I’m not usually a sickly person but Manila weather has really gotten into me. I’m suffering from both cough and colds. Home sick, maybe? Well, I do miss home and all the yummy food and how I could just crawl on my cozy bed and never worry about being late for work. Ok. Stop. I’m missing CdeO even more but I’m on a count down. Eight more days!
Last week (May 11) was Lola Beth’s birthday and I joined her and Donn for dinner since they’re the only ones here and I think it would be an awesome idea to make her birthday merrier with my presence. Haha!

Over the weekend, I’ve been sick but I was still able to attend the Australian Education Exhibition at the Intercontinental Hotel. I’m a bit interested but the requirements are massively hard!
